The role of leadership is crucial to measure and enhance employees' performance, job satisfaction. Employee performance directly proportional the supervisor's behavior their affiliations with employees but type style needs be specifically evaluated aligning nature employees. purpose applying extract realistic expected concerning supervisors’ behavior. Meanwhile, COVID-19 has left an immense psychological impact on which affects attitudes, makes them more apprehensive towards tasks that cause efforts build additional trust. concept conducting this research based upon sampling approach restricted private sector. sample size for study consisted 243 responses collected through a convenient technique. To analyze data regression was applied using SEM-PLS method. empirical findings underscored transactional enhances employees’ motivation it influence employee as compared transformational because leaders motivate followers perform at higher levels, exert greater effort, show work commitment.
